How to join Indian army with NCC 'c' certificate: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) has issued advertisements for special entry posts under the Indian Army Short Service Commission (SSC Notification Latest). Female graduates, including Unmarried women graduates, can apply through this notification of NCC.

Twice a year the NCC releases advertisements for special entry posts under the Indian Army Short Service Commission. 

Applications received are shortlisted based on their marks. Interviews will be conducted at the selection centers for those who have been filtered. South Indians will have an oral exam in Bangalore. 

These are conducted under the supervision of a Psychologist, Group Testing Officer and Interview Officer. The two phases last for five days. Only those who pass the first day stage one will continue in the stage 4 interview which will be conducted for the next 4 days. Those who are successful in this will undergo medical examinations and be taken into training.

Indian Army Training and Wages

Selected cadets should undergo 49 weeks of training at the Officers‌ Training‌ Academy in Chennai. During this time a stipend of Rs.56,100 is paid every month. 

The University of Madras confers a Post Graduate Diploma in Defense Management and Degree in Strategic Studies on those who successfully complete the training, they are promoted to the rank of lieutenant. 

They can continue in the job for ten years. Some are then hired on a permanent commission (permanent job) according to company requirements and candidates' interests. The rest will have their service extended for another four years. After that they have to retire from the service.

Lieutenants can reach the ranks of Captain with two years of experience, Major with six years of experience and Lieutenant Colonel with 13 years of service. 

Those who join the service will receive a basic salary of Rs 56,100 as well as military service pay, DA, HRA and other allowances. You can receive a salary of over Rs. 1 lakh from the first month. There are many rewards to be gained.

What are the qualifications to Join Indian Army?

Total Special‌ Entry Vacancies: 55 out Of these, 50 were allotted to men and 5 to women. In both these categories, 6 (5 men, 1 women) posts are reserved for children of Army personnel who have died in the war.

What is the eligibility for NCC: Passed any degree with at least 50% marks. Those who are currently studying final year courses can also apply. Must also have continued three academic years in the NCC Senior Division Wing. 

Must have at least a B grade in the NCC C certificate. Children of Army personnel who died in the war do not need an NCC C certificate.

Age Required: Must be between 19 and 25 years old by July 1, 2021. Those born between July 2, 1996 - July 1, 2002 are eligible.
